Typical me, I immediately thought: Hey, we should Just Do This Now. So I 
found an open source rocket project from our good friends over at 

(don't forget TEAMFREDNET for the Google Lunar X Prize)

But since this involves nuclear warheads, I'm not so sure this is a good 
citizen project to take up.
