Sometimes discussions just randomly stop at the same time and everybody is
too embarrased to start up again.

But maybe we don't have anything to say? Maybe it is time for us all to
nod, say 'yes, that is how we'll do it.' and then go out and change the
world. Naaah, it is much warmer and cozier indoors. :-)
