There is a number of single-neuron computational modes
which is not at all represented in above simulation.

Even applying ideal approximation as Moore scaling,
10^17 bits and 10^23 ops/s machines for a detailed
model are rather far away.

Notice that there's no way to tell the lower bounds, but
given that all estimates have a chronical case of number
creep over mere few years it does make sense to be 
conservative.
