Yes, sorry, I've seen that Roma flag, but I don't remember where
(tourist offices?).

I might notice more if: 1) I wasn't traveling outside of Italy for half
of every month, 2) I was a Rome tourist, and 3) the symbolism was more
memorable, e.g. the patroness of my town: the three-breasted woman of
Frascati (1)
