How does moderation work on this list? My first few posts were held pending
approval but now they all seem to get through.

Stathis, we usually keep an eye on folks we don't know.  If they post good
stuff that makes sense and contributes to the signal, they become highly
regarded, then moderation is not necessary.  It's not a scientific process,
but we try to be as reasonable as transhumanly possible.
