Not at all--it's extremely easy to do, especially with the eternal 
hell gadget there as a hint. Just pick any handy psychopathic, 
cruelly authoritarian yet (ahem) profoundly loving tyrant--since 
that's obviously the generic model--and Bob's your uncle.
