Hmm. 6th highest citation impact for 2000-2004, after Nature,
Science, PNAS, IBM J. Res. Devel., and Annals NY Acad. Sci., where
"total citations to a journal's published papers are divided by the
total number of papers that the journal published, producing a
citations-per-paper impact score over a five-year period"
Pitiful excuse for a rag, then. Obviously COMPLETE BOGUS BULLSHIT.
(Well, in modest support of that assessment, its score was just 3.67
cf. Nature's 50.99--but hardly "a journal nobody ever heard of"...)
