This might affect others as well, so I'll send it to the list:

Nearly a year ago I copied UTF8ISO.DLL, from that site, to my Eudora 
Plugins folder. Nothing changed. When I look now at the list of 
Message Plug-ins Settings, under the Special dropdown menu, I find it 
listed but with a red cross through a UTF8 icon. Perhaps it's been 
automatically disabled. Wtf?
