[ExI] Cloning / Growing Human Organs for Transplanting

Does anyone have references to literature concerning cloning and growing 
your own organs to be used now (or stored for later) for transplantation 
into your own body (as an alternative to xenotransplantation (pigs)). 
Also, if 
you aware of any companies doing R&D on cloning and growing personalized 
organs, please let me know.
