Ja. But the art of queuing should break down.  If there are many customers
in line anywhere, the merchant needs to open additional registers.  If they
haven't enough proles working the registers to keep the lines short, the
customers will take their trade elsewhere, as they should.  Time is valuable
stuff.  If one sees anywhere people spending a bunch of time in the queue,
that is a pathological market condition in need of a market remedy, a severe
remedy if necessary.
