[ExI] Dawn launch pics- fitting the fairing for the Delta II second stage

If these pictures look familiar, it is because we are exactly where
we were early last July. For the second time, Dawn is wrapped in the
fairing to make it aerodynamically smooth to fit in the nose cone
of the Delta II upper stage booster. .. Launch window (~2 weeks), the
last one for 17 years to visit Vesta and Ceres, begins next Wednesday.
