You can read the book "Why Zebras Don't Get Ulcers" by Robert M. Sapolsky. You will
learn more about stress and the sympathetic nervous system than you ever expected to
know, and if you understand it all you're way ahead of me! ;) But it was a good
read and I did learn stuff.
