Given the recent discussions of performance enhancing pharmaceuticals I
found this story about swim suits interesting.  Getting 1 or 2 percent
improvement from a swim suit has possibilities.

This and other factors might cause some rethinking about the
organization and function of some "sporting" events.  And when
considered in conjunction with the recent news of the demonstrations as
the Olympic torch heads to China it might be the case that some will
start to consider some other possibilities.  Making the Olympics not
organized on the basis of political entities might be an interesting
idea although not likely due to the vested interests in keeping the
current structure.
