I'm assuming they cash out the same way, in the respect I mentioned. 
(Maybe they don't.)

Some commentators deny that Everett's model meant entire universes 
(due to relativistic constraints, if for no other reason). It's never 
been clear to me just what they *do* mean, though--what the boundaries are.
