What makes you believe there is or will be any such attempt? It may
be that quite naturally the needed therapy components are expensive,
difficult to tune properly to the individual and require massive
expertise. In that case the treatment would be exclusive to those
who can afford it without any attempt to make it so whatsoever.
Your bringing up these consequences feels a lot like coercion by
future threat without concept and even disowning as irrelevant any
grounded ethical standards.
