Yes, he's satire. But, he's continuing to blog (I found the proper
link, his stuff is part of the "Transformational Government" blog,
here: http://www.idealgovernment.com/index.php/blog/C37/), and will
probably appeal to people with concerns about individual liberty, and
with a warped sense of humor.
