[ExI] Arthur C. Clarke dies

I was thinking today about Sir Arthur C. Clarke's virtual appearance 
at the Telluride Tech Fest and also his telephonic presence at 
TransVision, which Jose Cordero chaired in Caracas.  Sir Arthur 
Clarke was quite a breath of fresh air permeating the lush 
vegetation, which surrounded the musty old hotel of an overpopulated 
city in dire need of a lift-off into the 21st century.
