Sir Arthur inspired me to be a science fan and rocket scientist. His
Profiles of the Future was a mind blower. The 2001 series was
inspirational, as was the Rama Rendezvous. His influence is hard to
estimate, as he was so involved in the earliest books I remember reading
back in the 60s.
