I'm not Rafal, but cholestyramine can be used to lower bilirubin in
cases of cholestatic jaundice. It works by binding bile salts in the
gut, preventing their reabsorption. However, there is probably
something seriously wrong with you if you have hyperbilirubinaemia and
it is imperative to diagnose and treat the underlying condition.
