Dear Eric, Thanks for pointing that out. I consider the NPR one of the
few high quality English-speaking news sources in addition to the BBC and
The Economist. Beyond that, in my pickiness for truth, and if I don't have
a direct contact or experience to the place or people, my remaining
options are to jump around the International versions of Google News
(those I can understand) and try to synthesize a 'global picture'. I'm
thankful that the Internet can make this possible.
