Noted, thanks Keith.  This is really insightful.  Of the groups in which I
have participated, for some odd reason ExI has been the most problematic as
far as interpersonal relationships.  It isn't clear why.  Certainly in the
old days (mid 90s) we took on a lot more heavy topics.  My notion has always
been she who moderates least moderates best.
