In fact, this is *exactly* what Europe is expected to do by the
"immigrationist" party, with only a difference of one or two orders of
magnitude. But of course I admit that destructions of lives is already
in place, both in the transfer phase and at the destination, involving
both immigrants and natives, and this situation is hardly going to
improve.
