[ExI] ultimate horror SF

There was a SF story, based on fact, wherein the protagonist was slated to go to Hell for posting too many off-topic messages at extropy chat. At the last nanosecond before departure he was granted an appeal, being sent to a panel of judges in Purgatory. After centuries of deliberating his case he was acquitted and sent back to Earth.
But he kept sending off-topic messages to extropy, so after apprehension he was immediately sent to the very lowest depths of Hell, to be bitten by starving arachnids for all eternity.
