I do not find Monckton to be stylistically pleasant for either reading or listening. But I am sure there are those who have different tastes from me and like his style; perhaps a person has to have grown up in the UK to appreciate the Monckton style. As to the question of substance and accuracy in what Monckton publishes I am a bit confused because I sometimes find it difficult to tell when he is being serious as opposed to just being sarcastic. But I read the URL supplied and did not find the comments useful.
So I looked at the actual Copenhagen Accord which is really quite short and can be read fairly quickly. I found a couple of different URLs for the accord. The difference appears to be that the first URL listed is an advance unedited version:
http://unfccc.int/files/meetings/cop_15/application/pdf/cop15_cph_auv.pdf
The second URL is for a version which appears to be about the same text and is easier to read.
http://unfccc.int/resource/docs/2009/cop15/eng/l07.pdf
It is a quick read. I suggest everyone read it and make up their own mind.
Fred
