I think there's enough blame to go around for businessmen, government, and 
others.  (On a more serious note, businessmen and businesswomen often use 
government to get what they want.  Free markets are usually the last thing 
they want.)

Oh, and, by the way, I've used both the Kindle and the Kindle 2.  :)
