This was practically a non-attack.  It was so wimpy and so trivial, that it 
was barely noticable above the constant noise of other automated scans and 
bots that search all IP ranges all the time to get in.

The story isn't how anybody attacked, because nothing changed.  The real story 
is how wimpy our government security is if these minor attacks caused any 
problems at all.  (Which they did!)
