Yeah, these days I like the idea of one legislative house being chosen
by sortition.  Representative and deliberate, though not accountable,
vs. the representative and not-deliberate and N/A accountable of
plebiscites, and the delibetative and accountable but questionably
representative and corrupt elected legislature.  So PR or proxies for
one house, sortition for the other.
