Coooool!  This is game theory at its best.  Clearly Emlyn has sacrificed
himself for he cannot win with 99.  This would be a mathematical
impossibility, altho if several others also posted 99s, then they would all
tie for first by driving everyone else under.  Of course a single defector
posting a 98 would then snatch the grand prize from those self sacrificing
cooperators, the sneaky scoundrel.  

Emlyns bunt drives the 2/3 average to 26.5, which throws Zelaron under, at
least temporarily, and boosts Emlyn's erstwhile countryman into the lead!
Perhaps those crafty Australians got in cahoots?  Or perhaps Emlyn thought
of the bunt strategy independently.
