I heard that supposedly the Russians have done this.  A factory worker had a
run in with some machinery and was in dire need of some applied regenerative
medicine.  But *exactly* how the accident happened has me scratching my
head...  When a nation has a huge arsenal of phallic ICBM's like they do,
you know they've got issues.
