With a half-decent database and a modest improvement in AI
programming, this should be more than enough to make it competitive
with ordinary, PC-like human beings as to their score in Turing
tests... ;-)

As to the "philosophical" questions, I maintain that most of them are
too vague to admit sensible answers...
