Well, if that's the case, all your philosophising avails you nothing.

At all.

Levels of abstraction are vitally important, and if you dismiss them as irrelevant, you're chucking not just the baby, but the whole universe out with the bathwater.

If you honestly think levels of abstraction irrelevant, then everything is just a vast sea of gluons and quarks (or something even lower down), and there is no such thing as matter, planets, stars, water, trees, or people.

If levels of abstraction are irrelevant, you don't exist.
