Yes, but this is also true for fruitflies (organic brains, no doubt),
bats (mammals!), chimps, men informed by a different worldview and
cultural background, and ultimately even member of your family, whose
"feelings" you would never be able to experience first-hand,

All that is therefore materially irrelevant for the discussion
"organic brains deal with information in ways that are qualitatively
different from other systems".
