Nearly correct.  You need the first 'Be lucky'.
Like being the son of millionaire parents or being left a few million
in grandad's will.

But there is one in 40 million lucky and one in 100,000 lucky.
All 'lucky's are not equal.
With adequate funding, one in 100,000 luck becomes near certainty.
