I don't disagree with you at all, as I agree with your opinion that
Eliezer has no magical authority on that topic.

It just seems very unhelpful to abuse enquirers and tell them to use
Google. If visitors make a persistent  nuisance of themselves,
perhaps,  but it doesn't seem the best attitude to start off with.
