Lack of perspective, in Northern Italy it would be mostly polenta and
risotto. :-)

But yes, I am a fan of Florentine steaks, Sardinian tuna fish, buffalo
mozzarellas and Milanese-style cutlets or marrowbone piccatas... :-)
