[Natasha Vita-More]

How about putting stating when it was originally written with a footnote
listing the authors.  It is strange that whomever authored thie Wikipedia
page did not accurately state this.

I've edited the two pages on Wikipedia I see it on, from "In 1999, the WTA
drafted and
adopted the Transhumanist Declaration" to "In 2002, the WTA modified and
adopted the
Transhumanist Declaration", with a reference to their site where they say as
much.
