I was also pleased to see Christopher Hitchens at number 7.  It worries me that I have never heard of any of those six above Hitchens

The list is changing daily.  Beck wasn’t up there when I looked.  The top 6 were all popular entertainers I think.  In a way this make perfect sense.  When we are young, we are far more influenced by and familiar with popular entertainers.  Now, I don’t know who they are.  I get all my entertainment here, free.  If they are asking who is the most influential, the movie stars and singers, comedians, dancers, models, etc, may be legitimately named, for they influence huge numbers of young people.
