Sounds pretty much like what I would call a balanced diet.

Meat, veg, grain and fruit.  What's not to like?

Though paleos probably had to exercise a lot more than modern man to get it.
Compare their lifestyle with driving the SUV to the supermarket.

And they probably had to survive on a lot less than modern man, with
intermittent fasting / starvation.
