The trading latency is now in microsecond range and below, and
there are attempts to build trading platforms in locations
where relativistic latency incurs minimal penalty.

However, this has nothing to do with capitalism. It has
everything to do with crooks running the world economy,
and plenty of suckers (this means you) allowing it to happen.
