Are your contacts thinking that the recent crop of *local*
talent (not globally sourced) over last 30 years is seeing
the Flynn effect?
Are they happy with the quality they're getting, and is
the trend better, or worse?

I am thinking is that if Flynn is showing that developing world
is getting smarter they're measuring pure bogon flux.
