Ignoring the silly subject line, this is a really strange scrambled
bunch of memes.

Normally the anti abortion meme holders are opposed to any form of
birth control.

As for paying well off people to have children, what a joke!  It would
take a staggering amount of money to make any difference in the birth
rate of the well off.
