[ExI] Maximum heart rate

I've always found the maximum heart rate calculation to be inaccurate. In
my 30s, I would finish a run at top speed and measured my heart rate at
around 210, when the maximum (according to the formula) should be 185 or
so. In general, the heart rate zones typically recommended seem low to me.
Perhaps they are intended for people who are in poor condition to start
with.
