Someone would, eventually.  However, a SSN is not needed to transfer money,
and neither is an address.  You just need the bank's routing number & account
number, and possibly the name on the account.

Moreover, if this scenario really did happen, there would be news articles the
rich Nigerian could link to, to prove it.
