If you want actual numbers, and how early stages of transition
look like, look at Germany.

Japan is way, way better off than Gulf.

Nobody in the real world is taking so much care, so why suddenly
raise the bar? And what's wrong with each person bring their
own house in order? Not all renewables are larger-scale like wind.
