Keith that wouldn't be a crisis.  Reasoning: it's only a crisis if there are
no rich people to blame and sue.  If nanotech devours the CO2, then there
are plenty of deep pockets defendants on whom to pin every incident of bad
weather, every drought and flood, every heat wave and killer freeze.
