Even if it's junk food, there would still be a large market for it.
And, being a
synthetic food, nutrients could be added without too much expense.
Not that there's nothing to be concerned about here. Being bloodless, it
would probably "naturally" have a lower iron content, for example. But the
article noted they're working on adding blood.
