Hey, nobody's certain!
This is the first time they have shown their calculations to the world.
Now we have to wait and see if they are torn to shreds by critics.
Even if they are mostly correct it still requires a huge investment in
solar and wind power that won't happen overnight. But it seems to be
the direction to move in, as every small investment generates some
power for the grid.
China seems to be planning to double their solar power capacity by
2015, to 40 Gw from the current 21 Gw.
