Trillions it would take to revamp a recidivist penal-not-corrective prison
system in America that may create more abusers of women than it
rehabilitates. The court-prison system is thoroughly embarrassing in a
nation boasting itself to be the greatest country in the world. Few want to
take the responsibility to substantially change the system-- as it is a
self-perpetuating business for attorneys, jail and prison-employees, etc.,
to rake it in.
