BTW, there's a movie I saw recently that plays out the perils of eliminating all emotions in humans (via a medication that is taken daily), in case anyone is interested. It's called Equilibrium. I'm not saying I agree with its interpretation necessarily. I just thought people following this thread may want to check it out.
