BillK this is a very British comment that made me smile.  People do not
march to demand higher taxes.  That makes the problems worse.  Politicians
stepping forward and leaping into action doesn't solve problems, it makes
them worse too.  People must march to lower taxes, which frees up capital,
which leads to the means of solving problems.  Politicians leaping into
action is how we end up in trouble.
